Creative Myna

Privacy policy

Last updated 20 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information Creative Myna collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email askari@creativemyna.com and we will explain it in plain terms.

Who we are

Creative Myna is a business operated by Taqi Askari, providing AI assistant setup and related services to local businesses.

For the purposes of data protection law, Creative Myna is the data controller for the information described below.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you email us or fill in a form, we hold your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the name of your business, and whatever you write to us.

Information we gather about a business before contacting it. Before we approach a business we look at material that is already public: its website, and its public Google reviews. We do not buy data, and we do not use scraped personal contact lists.

Information from our website. Our website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.

Client information during a project. If you become a client, we hold the business details needed to build and run your assistant, and the enquiry records it produces, which may include the names, phone numbers and email addresses of people who contact your business through it.

Why we use it

  • To answer you when you get in touch.
  • To prepare the review analysis we send to a business.
  • To build, place and run an assistant for a client, and to report on it.
  • To keep records required for tax and accounting.

Where the law requires a lawful basis, we rely on legitimate interests for business-to-business contact and for preparing analysis from public information, on contract for work we carry out for clients, and on legal obligation for financial records.

Enquiries captured by an assistant we build

Where we build an assistant for a client, people who use it may give their name, contact details and a description of their problem. That information belongs to our client. We process it on their behalf so the assistant can pass it to them and so we can report on how it is performing. We do not sell it, use it for our own marketing, or share it with anyone else.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, which may include our website host, our email provider, our payment processor and our accountant. Each handles it on our instructions. We will also disclose information where the law requires it.

Some of these providers operate outside your country, so information may be transferred internationally. We use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for up to two years. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and then for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is normally several years. Analysis prepared for a business that does not become a client is deleted within twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email askari@creativemyna.com and we will respond within thirty days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking costs nothing.

If you would rather we never contacted you again, say so in one line and we will remove you and keep a record of that request so it does not happen twice.

Security

We keep information on reputable hosted services, limit access to those who need it, and use account protections such as two-factor authentication. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we take it seriously.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will be sent by email.
