Terms of service
Last updated 20 October 2026
These terms cover work carried out by Creative Myna for a client. They are written to be read, not to be hidden behind. If you want something changed before you start, say so and we will agree it in writing.
Who you are dealing with
Creative Myna is a business operated by Taqi Askari.
Registered address: [your registered business address]
Registration details: [company number / registration, once issued]
Contact: askari@creativemyna.com
What we do
We analyse the public reviews and website of a business, then build and install an AI assistant that answers the questions its customers are actually asking. Depending on what is agreed, we also place that assistant across the channels where the business is found, and send a monthly report on what it produced.
The exact scope for your business is whatever we set out in writing before work starts. Anything outside that is a separate piece of work and is quoted separately.
Free analysis sent before any engagement
We sometimes send a business an analysis of its own public reviews with no charge and no obligation. It costs nothing, creates no contract, and you are free to use what it says however you like. If you would rather not hear from us again, one line in reply is enough.
Fees and payment
Fees are agreed in writing before work starts. Setup fees are payable before the build begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance each month. Prices are in US dollars unless we have agreed otherwise, and do not include any local tax that may apply to you.
If an invoice goes unpaid for more than fourteen days, we may pause the service until it is settled. We will tell you before we do that.
Cancelling
Monthly service can be cancelled by either side with thirty days' notice in writing. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Setup fees already paid are not refunded once the build has started, because the work has been done.
On cancellation we remove the assistant from your channels, hand over the enquiry records collected for you, and stop billing at the end of the notice period.
What we need from you
To do the work we need access to the places the assistant has to go, such as your website and your Google Business Profile, and we need accurate answers about how your business operates, including your prices, your service area and anything the assistant must never say. If something we are told is wrong, the assistant will repeat it, so this matters.
Where we need access to an account of yours, you remain the owner of that account. We ask for the least access that will do the job.
Who owns what
Your content, your brand, your customer data and the enquiry records the assistant collects are yours. The methods, templates and underlying systems we use to build it remain ours, and we reuse them for other clients. Once you have paid in full, you may keep using the assistant we built for your business for as long as the service runs.
What the assistant will and will not do
An assistant answers questions, captures enquiries and passes urgent matters to your team. It is not a person and it is not a professional adviser. It does not give medical, legal, financial or safety advice, and we configure it to hand those over rather than attempt them. You are responsible for the information you ask it to give out.
Results
We will tell you honestly what we think is achievable, and we report real numbers rather than flattering ones. We cannot guarantee a particular volume of enquiries, a particular revenue figure or a particular ranking, because those depend on your market, your pricing, your response time and much else outside our control. Any figure we quote from past work is an example of what happened in that case, not a promise about yours.
Availability
The assistant depends on third party platforms and model providers. We work to keep it running and will fix faults promptly, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure and we are not responsible for outages at those providers.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only to carry out the work. This continues after the engagement ends.
Acceptable use
We will not build or run an assistant used to mislead people, to make claims a business cannot support, or for anything unlawful. If that is what is wanted, we will decline the work or end it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for new engagements. Existing clients keep the terms agreed at the time, unless a change is required by law, in which case we will tell you by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction, once registration completes], and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going near a court, both sides agree to try to settle it by talking.
