The worry, in their words
The exact sentence your customers keep writing, quoted from the reviews, so you can see we did not make it up.
It is sitting in your Google reviews right now. We read all of them, find the one worry that keeps coming up, and show you where your website goes silent on it. Send us your business name and we will do it for you this week.

The worry his customers kept writing about
“He told me what it would cost before he started.”
He replied the next day. This is the same page we will send you.
Nobody sits down and reads forty reviews in a row. You see the star rating, you see the odd angry one, and you move on. So the thing your customers keep saying out loud, over and over, never makes it onto your website, into your voicemail, or in front of the person deciding between you and two other firms at nine at night.
That person has one question. If your site does not answer it, they call someone whose site does.
The exact sentence your customers keep writing, quoted from the reviews, so you can see we did not make it up.
How many times that worry comes up in your reviews, and how many times your website addresses it. Usually zero. That number is the whole point.
The wording we would use to answer it, ready to hand to whoever runs your site. Use it without us if you want to.
Most of this happens before you spend a penny. By the time we speak, you will already be holding what we found.
Not the star rating. The sentences. Fifteen or more, read in order, looking for the worry your customers keep returning to. You get a one page report by email. If that is all you ever take from us, that is fine.
An assistant that handles that exact question in your words, with your limits. It does not quote prices it should not, it does not diagnose, and anything urgent goes straight to your phone with the caller's name and number.
Your website is one place. It also goes on your Google Business Profile, into the text that goes out when a call is missed, and a few other spots. Each with its own tracked link, so once a month you get one page showing exactly what came from where.
Businesses where one job is worth hundreds or thousands, and where the person choosing you is on a phone, after hours, with one specific worry on their mind.
Nothing, and there is no catch in the second paragraph. We send it because it is the fastest way to show you we can do the work. Plenty of owners read it, fix the wording themselves and never reply. That is a fine outcome.
No. The report comes by email and you can ignore it. If you want the next step, reply to that email. We do not do discovery calls, and we do not pass your details to anyone.
Tell us and we will say so. We are reading your reviews, not your mind, and sometimes the thing that comes up most is something you already fixed two years ago. If the report is not useful, it cost you one email to find out.
A one time setup fee and a monthly fee, both quoted once we have seen your site, because a dental practice and a roofing firm are not the same job. There is no contract and no lock in. Thirty days' notice either way, in writing, and we stop.
It answers in your wording, with your prices and your limits, and it says it is an assistant rather than pretending to be you. Anything it is not sure about, it hands to a human instead of guessing. You see every conversation it has.
Creative Myna is run by Taqi Askari. We build these for local service businesses. The email address on this page is read by a person, and that person is the one who will do your report.
That is the whole ask. No form, no phone number, no budget question. We will read your reviews and send the page back this week.
